For AMS TeX2 download this file. jourams2.sty

You will need to include these 2 commands at the top of the document file:

1. \nocolophon and;
2. \aml, \cam, or \mcm (depending on which journal you are submitting to).

For LaTeX download this file. jourla.sty

You will need to include these 2 commands at the top of the document file:
